كما تتضمن الإجتماع الموقف الحالى لفيروس كورونا وعدد الأسرة المشغولة والمتاحة بالمستشفيات ومتابعة أسر العزل المنزلى والتأكد من تقديم العلاج اللازم وتوفير أوجه الرعاية الطبية اللازمة لهم ، وشدد المحافظ على ضرورة المتابعة اليومية لهم والمخالطين وإعداد تقرير يومى بحالتهم الصحية والتأكيد على اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية فى التعامل مع الحالات المصابة والمشتبه بها بالفيروس .
جدير بالذكر أن محافظ المنوفية قد سبق وأعلن عن دعم القطاع الطبي ب 100 مليون جنيه لشراء أجهزة ومستلزمات طبية لمواجهة كورونا للمساهمة في رفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.
